Birthday Parties - Come celebrate your Birthday with your friends and family at Gyros Gymnastics!! Our Birthday parties are 1 hour in length. We also have a party room for 30 minutes afterwards available upon request. Gymnastics Party - This includes one hour of fun gymnastics. The party will begin with a warm-up and then depending on numbers will be split up into smaller groups. Some of the events the gym party includes are floor circuit, ropes, trampoline, tumble track, beam circuit, parachute and group activities. This party has a limit of 24 participants - Trampoline Party - This includes one hour of trampoline. The party will begin with a warm-up and then depending on numbers will be split into smaller groups. They will participate on the trampoline, mini trampoline, tumble track and ropes. Parachute and group activities may also be done. This party has a limit of 16 participants. Call us for more information about our birthday parties! Party Room * The party room is available for 30 minutes immediately following the gym activities. * Parents may have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to the start of the party room portion of the party. * Parents are required to help clean up the party room prior to their departure. * Parents bring their own food, drinks and supplies Gyros is a ‘nut free’ environment
