La patinoire est ouverte au public de la fin décembre à la mi-mars, dès que la température le permet. L’organisme Les Amis du canal de Chambly est responsable de l’accueil et des services aux patineurs. Services Stationnement accessible gratuitement pour les patineurs, à deux pas du canal.
