We here at the Center have been hosting the Ultimate summer day camp now for 10 years and are a proven successful camp atmosphere for children to grow both socially and physically. Through daily swimming, daily kung fu, co-operative team challenges, tournaments, movie/pizza nights and carnivals the children excel to be the best person they can be all while learning to care and respect themselves and others. We have a win – win program here and are proud of it. We truly enjoy the children and enjoy seeing how they shine through each in their own ways! Sports Lacrosse Kung Fu Camp
Camp: Summer Camp > Sports Camps
Offered 4 days per week 920 to 4pm each day. Option to take a 5th day if required. Before and after daycare is available for those that require.Camp is only offered in 4 sessions throughout summer ! Kids will do 10 hours of lacrosse in these 4 days, 4 hours of kung fu, 5 hours of swimming/soccer. There days are full. Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, jock and stick are required. Teen Kung-Fu Camp

This will be our 6th year of teen kung fu camp. Involves kung fu training/workouts for those that want to learn and for the experienced. There will also be 2 to 4 swims per week for the teens to take time to enjoy and socialize. Is also a great conditioning camp for those wanting to get into shape or continue to progress with their physical conditioning for physical and respiratory. Great atmosphere for teens ages 12 to 18.Date : 2013-07-08 to 2013-08-16
