Fagen says this demographic smartly uses on-line technology as an accessible option to research products and services, and facilitate decision-making.

When parents sign in as Scoop members and register key information, such as their children’s ages and specific interests, they receive a monthly customized plan with relevant kid-friendly activities and real-time information. Parents also have an option to register and pay on-line for many of the activities.
