$35 per year. It's not much when you "Do the Math"


How long is my Scoop Card Valid for?
Your card is valid for one year from date of purchase.
 

I lost my card? Can I keep saving? 
Happens to the best of us!  Simply let us know and we will snail mail you a new card. Re-prints are 10$ please. scoopcard@thekidscoop.com


Can I still get my "deal" if I leave my card at home?
Sorry no. Your scoop card must be presented before your purchase. (so carry it with you at all times!)


My sister went into my wallet and has hijacked my card.  Can we share it?
Each card is personally labelled with a name and number that is unique to each card holder.  While we encourage the "sharing" of the shopping experience, the scoop card offers savings only to card members only. Do yourself a favour and buy her a card.


I don't see my favourite store on your list of Retailers?  What gives?
We've scooped the best retailers in your area but if you don't see your favourite store give it a scoop "shoutout".  We'd love to let them know you want their deals! Please tell them and then tell us: Suggest a business

You can search by category and/or neighbourhood and we'll tell you everything you need to know to start saving. I shopped at one of your "Scoop Stores" and did not have a great shopping experience.  What can you do about it?
The Retailers and Activity Providers participating in the "Scoop Card Program" are independent merchants and are separate business entities from The Kid Scoop. But we're shoppers too and understand that every store and every experience is different. Please let us know if you had difficulty with your scoop card and do not hesitate to contact the retailer directly.
