The start of school may still be days away but they have already picked out the perfect lunch box. We often start pondering the question “What’s for dinner?” after lunch. And while we like to try to be adventurous in the kitchen we find ourselves often falling into a rut. With not enough time to shop, prep and cook we fall back on easy meal ideas like tacos, pasta and summer barbecues. Not great, we know. Kids bored? Break out the kids board games! While the sun is shining on most summer days it’s inevitable that rain will pop into the forecast once in a while.
